I had contacted the customer support team for a issue I had with my bandwidth and they solved it within some fraction of time. Just handling the query is not important but solving the query immediately is very important and they always do that.

They provide free domain with web hosting and I'm really benefitted with that. I know that almost all the companies these days are providing free hosting but these people do not have any hidden charges as other company charge a lot from 2nd year.
