We are hosting a whole bunch of domains with them for many years and running several servers. About 9 months ago their support switched to an out of country location and things started to go downhill fast. At this stage we have started to move our clients to another host, little by little. Their outings are increasing and then no one picks up the phone. Once you get through, after hour long hold times, even the phone connections, especially during daytime are terrible... often it is impossible to understand the person at the other end. The last episode is still ongoing. One of the servers stopped responding all together and we called support at 10am. After the servers had been totally down for 14 hours ....we were told by their support that the tech, who is in the US, is running a file scan. We did not even receive an email update all day long. This is not a service suitable for a business. Save yourself the trouble.

I was with Verio back in 2000-2002.They may have not been the cheapest host around, but they were Rock Solid.Hard to beat them if you need a great host for your business.

It's been 4 days now and the main POP email addresses on Verio's server are still not working - had to set up and then forward all email addresses to personal email addresses. We have been with Verio since the late 80's, but with all the incoming SPAM and now the emails not working, associating with Verio is becoming a hindrance to our company.

When I call they are always freindly and willing to help to educate me with any issue.

Something going wrong at verio from last year. I have 2 VPS account nearly more then 10 years. I was happy till to last year. But Start problems from last year.

4 days ago emails system down. They do not resolved till today. I called and opened tickets and they said for working on but they do not resolved my problem.

I am looking new hosting company now, and please very carefully think if you want to use vero hosting.
