Rockhoster service is amazing. Would recommend these guys to anyone. It's easy to set up, they accept bitcoin payments, so I ordered their KVM VPS account and paid with bitcoins. The tech guys are no nonsenseand respond promptly both with follow-up emails and to any additional questions I'll throw at them. They've sent me error logs, done lots of digging and helped out with all kinds of problems I've had with wordpress installs and other issues. Everything about this great hosting service is just perfect for me, basically I can operate my websites and domain names just as I want, with support if I need it.

Paid to use this hosting few days ago, but since his support is poor i have requested the hosting cancellation and refund, but they have canceled my account and are not more replying my ticket.Take care. I am running several small sites and everything works fine and the few issues and outages with sites were solved quickly. For my website, I went with Rockhoster Hosting Provider since I wanted better flexibility and more power than what OpenVZ VPS hosting could provide. Technical support is superb - they have gone above and beyond to assist me with my sites, whenever needed. Amazingly, I never had to wait longer than 20 minutes for a response. Recommended.

This is the best host I have used in all my years as a developer online, every single support question i have had has been answered, many times they help through my issues and fix them for me, they go above and beyond the call of duty for a webhost. Nothing to complain about. Rockhoster Tech Support service is noticeably fast (minutes) and accurate. I have to say that I am a very happy client of theirs. I get what I need without having to ask and that pleases me. The excellent service makes the competitive prices even more attractive and that makes me happy!

Honestly, when I first read reviews here they were all so good I thought they were fake. But from my experience so far I am finding rockhoster KVM VPS hosting in Europe to be what I need. It has excellent customer support. The technical team is reachable by phone 24/7, and the wait time is minimal. Rockhoster's network is brilliant, I've not noticed any downtime or connection problems. Their technical support is professional, support member added me on Skype so he could help me better and answer my questions, I was really happy with this. He helped me a lot, so a big thanks goes to him!Highly recommend them.

Had 3 domains with my previous host 1 years ago... my friend recommended me to try Rockhoster OpenVZ VPS hosting cos he said they were one of the best in France. So, I transferred 1 domain to VPS account and would like to say their techs were helpful with setup, also installed some scripts and apps which were needed for the success of my business online. Really nice web host. After 2 months I transferred 2 other domains and now I am quite happy. Everything just works properly - uptime, speed, support - really perfect. Thank you!
