After reading various reviews about hostwinds.com I asked a couple of questions on their forum re the CMS I use regularly - these were answered within minutes, on a Sunday, so that was a good pointer. I signed up for my account, also buying a domain name, and the whole thing was an absolute breeze. There were no sleazy 'Buy These' extras in the signup process, which I have experienced with other hosts. Within minutes of signing up I was in my CPanel manager, had set up a database and was up and running.

Their customer care is wonderful: fast, professional and very kind. I can contact them anytime and won't wait for response for more than 20 minutes. Also I have literally no troubles with hardware and everything works in a highly quality manner, both uptime and performance are highest. My only issue is the high pricing,

Overall I am truly impressed because of high level quality of services provided by Hostwinds. Server and network work properly without any glitches because their tech guys are always available and tracking any issue.

Support guys are polite and helpful. I needed help again and I have recieved fast response from tech dept employee. It was great I didn't have to explain myself all over again. Their feature set is awesome for the price. And technically they are working perfectly. Great job and I would definitely recommend Hostwinds to everyone who asks about high quality hosting service.

Supportt is second to none. Every time I called them they were polite and knowledgable. Great staff and I could understand what they were saying.
