Well I did not even have a chance to call them and they knew something was wrong with my account and I received a call brom ther technical group explaining what the problem was how they were going to fix it and it was done before I got off the phone.

I had to give a call for a minor technical issue, and the support team member with whom I spoke, was friendly and extremely helpful! Great first impression for customer service. I appreciate it.
