I left the previous host due to very poor customer service, no such issues here.In particular the two guys who worked with me were fantastic and ensured a timely and satisfactory outcome. Superb support teamHaving tried multiple hosting providers over the years I'm pleased to have moved to hostripples.Their support staff have helped me with multiple issues and are very knowledgeable. The speed and performance of their servers is a huge improvement from what I've been used to in the past.

Spot on service! A hosting company is a hosting company, until you choose hostripples where you realize there is more to it. Day or night, their technical support is always willing to help no matter what the issue. Even if it's your own fault within the code they are happy to point you in the right direction! Good Service Looking for a new provider for some time I accidently stumbled across them.  Support team is fantastic and very helpful and the control panel is easy to use and manage. I originally used the standard web hosting package but I upgraded this a few months ago as I wanted to add my friends website. The upgrade was easy and without any problems. Great service and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable web hosting with good support.
