I've been with Hostforlife for about 5 years now. I have a dedicated server. While I code "traditionally" I also manage and support a pretty sophisticated ASP.NET site. I know how to RDP in to fix things, and am capable of handling most "situations" by my self. However, the other day I had to rely on Wayne at tech support. He found the issue (obscure) and fixed it. At my request he also explained what he did, and what caused it. Excellent, prompt, accurate and courteous service. That's why I'm still with them after all these years.
