Tickets are usually answered with 15 minutes of submission and their support staff is extremely obliging. As for their server speeds, they are standard. Everything works good. Service is unbelievable. When I read the reviews, I didn't believe it, but I literally get an answer just minutes after I've e-mailed them... and this is even before I've placed my order! And everything was really set up in an hour.

They always go out of their way to make sure I'm happy and I like that! The pricing has always been reasonable (you get what you pay for). My server and all my websites are always up and responsive.The majority of the support I have received has been excellent by truly detailed and polite agents. All in all, glowhost has my previous host beat by MILES.

I wanna point out that glwohost features are excellent. and pricing is competitive. As for network uptime and speed connectivity, they are perfect. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them 9.8. Great, great, great job.

Setting up email was quick and easy. Comes with unlimited emails too. Their customer support is wonderful. They respond promptly to emails or you can use the Live Chat. I had a problem at 10 PM one night and got help without waiting at all.
