I haven't ever had a technical problem. I've only had a few minutes of downtime in last ten months. Glowhost technical support is responsive to extremley basic and simplistic questions. If you need to ask any questions out of ordinary you're on your own.

Glowhost service is very dependable wigh very little down time. My experience with their technical support team is equally good. They reply to my occasional issues very quickly and with clear, knowledgeable resonses.
