We've been very happy with Fozzy.com ssd hosting since the end of 2015.We ask questions a few times a year, and support always answers them fully and quickly - complete with research - even when it turns out to be a problem that has nothing to do with Fozzy.We upgraded our plan from the cheapest plan to the middle plan a few months ago just because we felt they deserved a few extra dollars for their exemplary service (even though we knew we'd never need the extra space or features).I've already notice an improvement in load time for my site and the bulletin board is probably twice as fast as the old one. These guys get a thumbs up, fives all accrossed the board.

I like my host, it is Fozzy.com. Their customer support is beyond excellent:- they are responsive, politely and friendly. Anytime I have a chat or dialog with them (now or during pre-sales chat) I feel like a person they respect. And that that is very important for me to feel that I as important for them as they are for me.- I got all the answers to my questions rapidly. Asked their salesto find VPS solution according to my specific needs (web site, scripts and some web applications without any web interface) and they even offered me the hosting package at cheaper rates then I had planned to order.

I have been completely impressed with Fozzy service from day one. When other reviewers are cheering about the support, they are not exaggerating. It's the best. You can enter a service request in and most of the time it will be answered within minutes. No need to sit on the phone for hours on end only to end up talking to someone in India with the name "Peter" offering tech support.I'm also satisfied with then completely useful easy-to-use Control Panel.They could double their price and I would stay with them. They are that good and you won't be disappointed. I don't think I will ever leave.

I have been Fozzy customer for about half a year. My site has traffic from Asia and also the US. They are very good service, excellent customer service via chat and email. It's a nice web host because they offer a wide range of plans for each kind of users. It is well priced and within everyone's budget. Setting up my site was easy!Overall I don't have any complaints.

One thing I must say about Fozzy is that they have excellent customer service. When you use the skype, someone answers pretty much instantaneously. You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can.Control panel has a lot of good software like blog and forum. I think they are much better than my previous hosting. I have several accounts with them, and they continue to impress!Go with them, they are good!
