I am impressed - dailyrazor is the best US host I've ever tried before.Their 128bit SSL Certificate from GeoTrust are really cool. My online business is in professional hands now.Now I have much better speed, network uptime (without any downtime), nice scripts. They even offer web design solutions - this is a great plus for them. They also do e-commerce design.

Horrible experience with shared hosting. IIt always looks good initially when you buy their service for longer period.. and as the time passes, you will start getting bad support from their team. I am not even on very basic plan. I purchased medium plan which is suitable for my need.In my personal experience, I have my 5-6 sites up and running with them, since last 2 months or so - I am getting so much down time and impacting my business and users badly.Everytime you report, they reply back saying it is working fine for us - trust me.. who would be interested in reporting false complaint? if customer are saying something is down it means it is down. no matter what the reason is..after lot of emails - they moved my site to different shared server and assist me to improve the site loading speed (which was working since last 2yr) suddenly they start suggesting.On the new server - first 2 week everything is good and I was happy. and then the time comes - facing down time every 2hr..I still have 5 months left in my plan but what can you do if you just cant make your site up on shared hosting.. I have no idea what to tell them.. and how I would handle my site users.. really disappointed.Hitesh

I have a forum that I host with Dailyrazor. I have nearly 2k visitors I get on a daily basis and when I first approached the dailyrazor customer service via their support center, they assured me that I would not face any downtime other than the ones they state in advance for maintenance purposes. My forum till date has never experienced any down time and I am happy to know that Dailyrazor have lived up to their reputation of being able to provide me with precisely what I need.

I had an account at Dailyrazor 2 months ago before my business closed down. I got a job doing web marketing for a forex trading firm and when my new boss told me they needed a new site, I jumped at the chance to control the project.Dailyrazor is so easy to use and the site builder made it possible for me to create a unique professional site for our company quickly.

I appreciate DailyRazor quality of service, from the reliability of their servers to their live chat supportResponse time was okay. They usually reply 5-10 minutes after you submit your ticket with a logical answer.Uptime mostly at 99%, there maybe some few downtime but I understand that no providers can actually guarantee a 100%.It's solid as far as being up and running at all times.

I had never hosted my domains anywhere prior to signing up with Dailyrazor.com. The support staff is amazing, and friendly and well informed. They offer a comprehensive FAQ database, and even forums for their customers to intermingle with one another, staff and moderators. This is a great source of assistance for all your web building needs, and questions!I can also add that their 24/7 Skype support is there when we need it, even in the middle of the night! Phone Support is available during the day light hours and provides a perfect opportunity to get some first hand information and assistance from a friendly voice always ready to help!
