Cachemov Fails on a Windows 2000 System

Cachemov.exe is a utility of Windows 2000 Resource Kit that you can use to move the CSC data to a different location. • Next, reformat the target volume using FAT16 or FAT32 file system and set the folder's security feature to default for local CSC folder

• Create the following registry key:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\NetCache
Value: DatabaseLocation
Type: REG_SZ
Data: Path to CSC working directory

• Restore lost data from backup
