Flexservers aims to gain market share and replicate its earlier success by offering configurable servers with the most advanced technology at remarkably low prices. Initially it will offer two types of servers, namely Virtual Private Servers (FlexVPS) and Dynamic Dedicated Servers (FlexDDS).
SWsoft's technology - which powers all Flexservers' servers - is the most advanced in server virtualisation on the market today. It divides a single physical server into multiple, yet isolated and independent, Virtual Private Servers. Each FlexVPS/DDS has the same functionalities as a dedicated server, but can be maintained for only a fraction of the cost of maintaining one's own dedicated server.
Says Arno Vis, Managing Director at parent company Hosting Concepts: "We offer the sophisticated user a webhosting solution that meets all her needs but costs far less then what such solution would cost elsewhere. Our technology allows us to save costs, which we pass on to our clients through lower prices."
Werner Kranenburg of Flexservers' Business Development, agrees. "For example, the web designer who hosts a large number of domains on behalf of its clients would make money from day one with us, guaranteed. Instead of hosting each domain individually at inflated cost, all could be consolidated into one hosting solution. A FlexDDS at £54.95 a month comes with a license for an unlimited number of domains. How little is that per single domain? You do the math."
