Hivelocity Names New Director Of Operations

Hivelocity Ventures Corporation (“Hivelocity”) has named Mr. Steven Eschweiler to the position of Director of Operations.  Mr. Eschweiler previously held the position of General Manager of Hivelocity.  He has been with the company since its inception in 2002.

In making the announcement, Mike Architetto, President and CEO of Hivelocity said “Steve has made significant contributions to Hivelocity over the years.  He has been an integral part of our leadership and decision-making since Day 1, and he has been an integral part of our success.  We are proud to make this announcement, and we know that he will continue to help us grow and prosper for many years to come.”

As General Manager, Steve was responsible for operations, marketing and product development.  Steve committed much of his efforts to making Hivelocity a premium solutions provider with a laser focus on customer service.  Most notably Steve spearheaded the Hivelocity Experience campaign, which makes maximizing every customer experience paramount within the organization.  The Hivelocity Experience resulted in the creation of a real-time order tracking system that allows customers to follow along as their server is deployed and watch it get racked via a live video stream.   Steve’s “Experience” initiative also helped drive down Hivelocity’s server deployments to less than 4 hours and ticket responses to less than 15 minutes.
