The Planet Announces 100 Percent Commission on Affiliate Sales

HOUSTON, July 28, 2008 – The Planet, the global leader in IT hosting, today announced enhancements to the commission structure of its affiliate program, based on the program’s resounding success. Registered affiliates will now receive a one-time, 100 percent commission on the referred customer’s total monthly recurring order value.  

The Planet is also shortening the commission-payout waiting period for affiliates. Down from three months, affiliates will now be paid 45 days after a referred customer places an order with The Planet.

“Since our January launch, our affiliate program has seen tremendous success,” said James P. In May, The Planet announced the addition of Internet-products company Directi (www.directi.com) as its largest affiliate. Share-A-Sale is The Planet’s affiliate network partner.
