Mailtrust Deploys Cloudmark Authority for Spam Protection

Mailtrust has deployed the Cloudmark Authority plug-in for Apache SpamAssassin™ to improve message filtering accuracy and boost system performance. Cloudmark’s comprehensive message filtering solution, combined with Mailtrust’s proven hosted business-class e-mail services, gives demanding business customers unmatched messaging capabilities, higher e-mail service quality and a markedly improved user experience.

·         Reduced Server Load, CPU Usage and Power Consumption—Cloudmark’s fingerprinting technology requires significantly less computing resources than alternative filtering solutions. With Cloudmark, Mailtrust was able to cut the number of filtering servers it used by 50 percent. Savings on spam filtering infrastructure, power consumption and administration are passed on to customers in the form of improved service and lower service charges.
