The new service offers many add-on tools and scripts.

Mechanicsville, Virginia — Internet services provider Global Internet Consortium has introduced a free Web hosting service, Freehosting100.com. The new service offers several features not usually found on a free Web hosting package, such as FTP, Website promotion tools, Website statistics, and many add-on tools and scripts.

“Our new free hosting service is unique in the free Web hosting field because of the many features we include with it,” stated Global Internet Consortium CEO Daniel Briere. “We try to provide all of the tools a user would need to launch a successful Website.”

Freehosting100.com is one of the only free hosting providers to offer FrontPage Extensions with its service. With this service, users may design a Website in Microsoft’s popular FrontPage program, and then upload it to a Web server, while also using FrontPage to remotely manage it.

In addition to a free Web hosting plan, Freehosting100.com also offers three paid Web hosting plans, ranging in price from $6.95 to $14.95 per month. The paid plans offer additional space and bandwidth, as well as more flexible storage options.
