EMS-Cortex has a long history of popularizing and socializing innovative concepts of managed services. One of the latest initiatives from us was a webinar held on 5^th of October. The theme of the webinar was how the web-hosting companies can move up the value chain, increase the value of its offerings to the customers and build customers’ loyalty. The issues of selecting the right services bundling and operational support platforms were discussed as well.
