Ketera Achieves Record Fiscal Growth

Santa Clara, Calif., January 23, 2006 – Ketera, the leading provider of On Demand Spend Management solutions, today announced the company achieved record growth in its fiscal year of 2005. Finishing the year strong, Ketera, in its fourth quarter, continues to add  new customers to its fast-growing roster, spanning multiple industries and geographies and ranging in size from mid to large enterprises. More significantly, Ketera achieved a renewal rate of over ninety five percent from existing Fortune 500 customers.

In the past quarter, Ketera has added five new Fortune 500 companies to its customer base, as well as doubled their mid-enterprise growth. These customers are from industries such as Petrochemical, Government, Nonprofit, Retail, and Property Management.  Ketera has extended to its growing number of small and medium-size customers the same high level of value and service it consistently delivers to its enterprise customer base.  Overall, Ketera also showed strong international growth by adding twenty percent of its fourth quarter customer wins from geographies outside North America.

In 2005, Ketera reached nearly $4 trillion in annual spend processing for their customers, demonstrating the explosive market call for on demand spend management solutions.
