Email Hosting Provider Webmail.us Expands Management Team

Webmail.us (www.webmail.us), a provider of email hosting services to small and geographically dispersed businesses today announced the expansion of its senior management team. Andrea Muscatello was hired as the company's new vice president of finance and operations and David Sobotta, a member of the board of directors, was hired as the company's new vice president of sales and marketing.

"I'm excited to finally get to work with David and Andrea on a full-time basis," explained Patrick Matthews, chief executive officer at Webmail.us.

In this executive role, Andrea will be responsible for directing all corporate finance activities within the company, including financial planning, analysis, accounting and investor relations. She will also head up human resources, legal activities, and other projects defined by the executive management team.

David will manage the company's growing sales force as well as direct all advertising and lead generation activities. Additionally, as an employee of the company, David will be stepping down from his role on the board of directors.

Prior to working at Webmail.us, Andrea was the chief financial officer at Phoenix Integration, a venture backed software firm based in Blacksburg, Virginia. She has consulted for and advised emerging and growth companies on financial and strategic issues since leaving the public accounting industry, where she worked for 11 years with KPMG and as a partner with McLeod & Company, a regional accounting firm in Roanoke, Virginia.

David was most recently the vice president of federal market development at G3 Systems, based in Blacksburg, Virginia as well as a technology evangelist for the National Lambda Rail and the Mid-Atlantic Terascale Project (MATP).
