10:39:27 - 19 January 2006

Miami, FL., January 19, 2005 -- Terremark Worldwide Inc. (AMEX:TWW), a leading operator of integrated Tier-1 Internet exchanges and a global provider of managed IT infrastructure solutions for government and private sectors, today announced that IDG Netherlands, a leading technology media, research and event company, has signed a multi-year contract with Dedigate, Terremark’s Managed Hosting subsidiary.

IDG Netherlands is a subsidiary of the International Data Group (IDG).

IDG owns and publishes more than 300 newspapers and magazines around the world including Computerworld, InfoWorld, Network World, PC World, Macworld and CIO.  IDG estimates that more than 100 million decision makers in 85 countries read IDG’s publications.

“In the Netherlands, IDG publishes four print publications, a number of print specials, and eleven websites and conducts a number of events.

The continued availability of IDG Netherlands’ websites is essential to our business. Not only because of the business IDG generates via its websites, but also because of the image it provides to the organization,” said Mr. Raimon Gort, Managing Director for IDG Netherlands. “Uptime is most important. If one of our sites such as Webwereld is offline, this leads to immediate reactions by many of our visitors, who are active in the IT industry and understand the importance of fast and reliable connectivity.  A partner like Dedigate, that manages the infrastructure behind our websites and with whom we can quickly communicate is of the utmost importance.”

Gort continued, “IDG’s strategic business expansion via online channels will be served by Dedigate’s Amsterdam environment designed specially for IDG Netherlands and its business growth.”

“Our specialty lies in the offering of reliable infrastructure from where our customers can continue to grow their business,” said Mr. Herman Oggel, CEO of Dedigate. “Having IDG join our growing customers list further recognizes the importance corporations are placing on reliable, cost effective, managed hosting services.”
