Up to now was the best experience I have ever had with any service provider in the world, I have the service providers all over the world before and I have to admit that first of all is that I get the feeling that I actually talk to people and not some robotic system that use people to read scripts to you like it is the law of some ancient country that doesn't exist anymore.Thank you, xozz team, for making this experience good even if I had to start all over from scratch.The second point, a great intuitive choice on systems, all technologies work well together with very little assistance from your support team to get my site running in no time and I do have a very custom version of the blog engine running at the same time.Thank youKind regardsRagu Ram

I think all these testemonials that are Recommending Xozz are probably from Xozz themselves!! I have hosted my domains and websites with several companies until now and this is the MOST RIDICULOUS, under-serviced, unprofessional hosting company I have ever come across.   The online chat absolutely consists of someone whose multitasking between development, sales, and chatting online (which is fine if either one is done efficiently)! He doesnt reply after you give them the problem, you will get replies such as 'ok, we will check' or 'we will have to check with the team' and then no reply, no revert, and ...poof...they disappear forever!The most important issue - I receive inappropriate, innumerable spam messages everyday!!! - an average of  atleast 6 a day. When written to them, don't hear nothing from them and after literally making a call to India at their office (where I assume there aint more than 1-2 persons within), they seemed oblivious to my problem even with the ticket number and all they said was 'we will check and get back to you' and there is NO revert EVER. No exaggeration, I receive 6-7 spam emails everyday now, its really frustrating me! This is the WORST Hosting 'so-called service -provider' I have ever experienced! Pls dont even try it. 

 I've been very impressed with xozz responsiveness. Whenever I submit any kind of support request via chat, I always get a quick response and a complete resolution within a few mins via livechat itself. Other hosts I've worked with have been known to take days or weeks to resolve a simple problem. I highly recommend xozz.com.

I found xozz's support outstanding both before and after my purchase. Response time for several issues for me has been within minutes via chat itself. xozz went out of its way to take care of all issues related to transferring my site from my old host to xozz .
