I am an unfortunate customer of this company. The servers are down, websites are not resolviing, and the support is not responding except the automailer which says that your problem is looked into.I will certainly warn one and all never to fall in trap of this company and never buy its services even by mistake.

This company provides various plans for cheaper price but also with cheap services and customer support. Now for last two days all of my sites hosted on xozz.com/ xozz.in are down. Also their own website is down. No customer service is responding, no phone calls, phones are switched off. At least they must provide some information why the sites are down. All my data is in dangeour. So New customers, please be aware don't use services provided by xozz.com and existing customers, you are advised to move your websites and data to a reliable service provider as soon as possible. Thanks

Dear xozz team I would like to thank you very much i have been hosting my domain with many other providers each time they use to force me upgrade the plan or suspend my hosting but now with xozz.com i had been hosting last 6months the servers are awsume and support teams are excellent i have taken starter plan and my website is working fine no issue and when i was with hostgator they forced me to vps and then they started to force me to take dedicated server i shifted my website to xozz.com starter plan of INR250/Yr and it works smoothly i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee xozz.com ....You guys are greatttttttttttttttttttt you are the awsume provider in the industryBest regardsAhmed Bhati
