They have provided a very good support and easy to use site.

I have no complaints, other than it may be a little slow. The price and features are great for the value. I have had my site up and running for almost 3 months and have not had any issue. They are great...short and simple I know, but it's nice to know there is someone at the other end of the line when I call. I have always been satisfied with their tech support and have moved all my domains to hostwinds.

I found the set up smooth, the templates easy to use and modify and the pricing was great.I had no downtime, very few reasons to contact support, and the site was always working fastly. I've never had the renewal problems people below have, my accounts were closed once and I was never asked for renewal.

The way you and the other staff at Hostwinds have handled this problem from the very beginning has been such a great and refreshing experience. Where many companies would fail to communicate or throw out false and misleading excuses, they have told me exactly what the problem is and how you are dealing with it. That sort of transparency and attentiveness is almost unheard of these days. I think I have received emails from several people at Hostwinds so I know there are a number of people working on and monitoring the problem and are concerned that my needs and concerns are properly addressed. It is so rare that a company can take a problem and turn it into a positive experience. Well done to you all.

I'm in the process of migrating my other sites to hostwinds. They have their own interesting challenges (due to some unexpected server settings), but at least their support people aren't buried by an avalanche of issues and their environment seems stable. In fact their support has been incredibly impressive and responsive, especially once escalated.
