I was using many web hosting companies to host my website, I am a Developer and I do host websites of my clients, I spent lots of money for no worth and finally i found this company in Tech-a-Brel blog and i signed up , There prices were really cheap but also their services were extremely good, Uptime is rocking, No Outages ever, Best Support Team, You guys really ROCK!!!

Sucking provider. i was paid $10 for whmcs license but they are not provide geneuine whmcs license. proof: i verified my domain in whmcs verification area that saw this domain is unauthorized to be use whmcs. also support is really poor. please don't use this provider.

I am a Web Designer in Czech and I really like this provider, I am 100% satisfied there is nothing to say wrong with them, As they do the best and more than expected for a really cheap cost.DreamTera ROCKS !!!

These guys are really rocking providers I ever seen. They have a Great Experienced and Talented support team, The uptime was 100% until now that was a great thing. They are reliable and very cheap also, Other companies charge a lot but these guys charge less but the service quality is excellent. Also they have OWN DDOS PROTECTED Hardware setup so my site was online even when I am DDoS Attacked.I am really pleased to be a customer, I am happy that I found a Great Provider like DreamTera

I checked my websites because I had received a call that one of my pages was giving a weird error. Upon checking, ALL of my domains were giving a cryptic error about updating dns, with no other information.I can't get to cpanel, or anything, all of it down.I attempt to contact them with their online chat.At first there is complete deny-ability, they don't want to acknowledge anything.Next, they blame it on my domain registration and dns hosting. I remind them that this has been working as is since 2014, albeit with them changing ip's on me at least twice, which I suspect is the issue again.The "support tech" just insisted that I "had" to use them for dns or it wouldn't work. She couldn't explain why it had been working for 1 year without their dns servers. My answer is if you can't even maintain a simple http server, why would I trust you with dns, which my email depends on.Finally after over thirty minutes of this online chat, they finally acknowledge that the IP address of the server I'm on had changed (again??). They couldn't explain why.I asked why I wasn't notified and again, they are clueless at first, then come back and insisted I was notified.I asked how, the support system told me its in their ticket system. I asked how I was supposed to get to this ticket system (there is a link on cpanel, which of course isn't working) when I can't get to ANYTHING. Then they tried to tell me that they had emailed me multiple times about the issue. I asked for server logs or ANY proof that they had emailed me, they were not able to provide anything, no server logs, not even a time the email supposedly went out.So, their final answer to me was that I was supposed to log into some buried website that showed support tickets for a ticket that I hadn't been notified of, and was issued less than a week before the problems (what, am I supposed to log into their system daily to check for their screwups??).This was an absolute lack of communication and nothing but deny-ability on hostgators side. All it would have taken is a simple email from them a few days before the changes and this whole situation would have been avoided.At this point, upper management refuses to address this. I've asked for the involvement of someone multiple times now. I'm blocked on the phone (they refuse to pass the call), and via email I'm simply told they won't pass it on up. They have also not done anything to make this right with me, despite their lack of coordination causing several days downtime.So Don't use dreamtera.com
