Support has always been good (ie they actually read and answer the questions you ask), and they understand the technology.Fantastic pricing too. As a professional .net developer I know a lot of other developers and clients, asking about good hosting companies, so Gigapros will benefit as word spreads for going the extra yard.Sites are always up and run as fast. I have been with iFi Host for almost 6 months now and hey never cease to amaze me. The support is out of this world, i have used both the live chat and the support ticket process and both times my problems were solved immediately. When ever I had an issue, their support staff would fix it right then and there, and then they would explain to me what happened. As for pricing, for the price I pay a month to them I can't complain. especially when you consider everything they offer. and absolutely no downtime. The options that they have on their Cpanel just blows the competition away. and if I can't do it myself, they will gladly do it for me with no complaints. I recommend iFi Host to all my customers who need a webhost, or if they are on a webhost that sucks. I recently had a client change to iFi Host from another host because my php code wouldn't work on the other hosting companies software.

I am very pleased with Gigapros service. The package is complete, support questions are answered within a reasonable time.They have wonderful features coupled with very cheap hosting packages and nice management system and SmarterMail webmail access are amazingly rich and intuitive interfaces.
