Our original service had problems at least once a month. Finally they convinced us to switch to what they called a newer, better service. This new service is down with a major problem at least once a week so far, and usually more often. Right now my email is down with a problem and being fixed for the last half day. I cannot recommend Verio for anything. And I am a very long time customer, but only because my web sites are with them and would be difficult to move elsewhere.

I am one of the most happiest customer of bodhost.com with a windows dedicated production server for an .net application. we needed custom configuration on windows server to make our live .net application successful which was efficiently implementation done by bodhost.com tech support staff. 24x7 availability of support is very important for our livechat software and so far we have never paid anything extra for any customized configuration that we needed. This is really helpful for a upcoming company as we cannot pay hourly rates for server management. overall I would give bodhost.com 10 / 10 for their excellent service they have provided to us. Best hosting provider I have ever seen, their servers are very fast, reliable and cool support. I've had questions that were answered and fixed within minutes, and complex problems worked on by the hosting admins personally resolved in only a couple days. They have live chat to help if you get stuck... and they seem to be available almost all the time. The pricing offered by Bodhost is competitive - you will get what you pay for. They have manage to keep my site running smoothly even when it has grown 5 times bigger than it was with the previous hosts and I must say: always with excellent service and response times. Excellent support, excellent response times...I would highly recommend them.
