The hosting is great. On the other hand the customer service is... only helpful when they feel like it... been waiting 5 days now for a simple restore.

Sent emails, submitted tickets, and even IM'd support. STILL WAITING... Although my ticket is marked as "Urgent" :/

Even though a lot of people fuss about them. I've been with 1and1 for over 5 years and have a ton of customers on them. I have no problem with them.
