Jutel Joins IBM's ISV ‘Advantage for Industries’ Program

00:00:00 - 11 October 2004

Jutel (www.jutel.fi), a forerunner in digital content management solutions for major broadcasters has joined IBM's (www.ibm.com) "ISV Advantage for Industries" Initiative, a program designed to provide independent software vendors (ISVs) with technical and marketing support to help meet the specific needs of radio broadcasting industry companies.

"We are delighted that Jutel are joining IBM's ISV Advantage for Industries Initiative, making it even easier for customers to benefit from our joint solutions," said Martin Cotton, ISV Partner Manager, Media & Entertainment IBM EMEA.

Enabling Jutel's RadioMan Enterprise and Workgroup Editions on IBM's AIX, Linux, DB2 and Tivoli will help Jutel to expand even further into the radio broadcasting market faster and more effectively than could ever be possible with proprietary platforms.

Together with IBM, Jutel has already provided RadioMan solutions to world-class broadcasters such as the BBC world Service, NHK Japan, UN Radio and many more.

As in ISV Advantage for SMB, ISV Advantage for Industry members will make tangible technology commitments to specific IBM middleware and hardware platforms to support IBM's on-demand strategy. Jutel will also work closely with IBM to expand its visibility in target vertical industries through various ca-marketing and sales activities.
