InDigiNet Seeks New Chief Operating Officer

00:00:00 - 24 September 2004

September 24, 2004 - (HostReview.com) - InDigiNet, Inc., (www.indiginet.com) a provider of managed communication solutions for Small to Mid-Size Enterprises (SMEs) in the United States, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has passed a board resolution to create the new position of Chief Operating Officer and has directed Mark Ellis to immediately launch a national search for qualified candidates.

Additionally, upon successful employment, Mr. Ellis has agreed to reduce his salary for one year in direct portion to the compensation level of this new COO, excluding stock awards and options.  The Company thus will not incur any additional cash drain with this new hire.

The new Chief Operating Officer (COO) will share with the CEO of the company responsibility for all operational and strategic issues connected with managing the company's business. The COO will be responsible for leading the company through the current time of strategic change and into the new era of expansion and development.

"The Company needs the help and I am willing to sacrifice part of my paycheck for the benefit of all shareholders," stated InDigiNet CEO Mark Ellis. "Quite frankly, I need another seasoned senior chief to assist me with managing our rapid expansion. And since we need to concentrate our capital resources on acquisitions and fund our Spencer Communications subsidiary, I'll take it out of my compensation.  After all, as a major shareholder, my overall upside is greater if our stock increases in value."

"Once our new COO is on board, I plan to have him/her oversee the day to day operations while I concentrate on completing the announced mergers and close others that are under negotiation.  In this way, we hope that our increased depth of management will accelerate our valued proposition and reconnect with Wall Street," concluded Ellis.
