The Woman-Owned Company Expands Team and Hybrid Cloud at its Iron Mountain FISMA High Facility

HILLSBORO, Ore. (PRWEB)January 23, 2020 - Opus Interactive, a leading provider of complex hybrid cloud hosting services, announces the expansion of team and Federal services at their Northern Virginia data center location. Opus serves as the preferred provider for cloud services, IaaS, and retail colocation services at Iron Mountain’s data center, which is located in Manassas, VA.

Opus Interactive increases its presence in the region with three strategic team hires and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Ready Authorization of its OpusGov (OG) Cloud IaaS offering. Ashley Tucker, formerly of QTS, joins the company as Account Executive for the Eastern Region. Michael Boyd and Farhan Ahmad join the support team from Microtech and GigaTrust, respectively.

The Company expanded the Northern Virginia team and services to meet growing demand of customers and agencies seeking high compliance, high security hybrid cloud solutions in the East Coast.

“We’re excited to welcome Ashley, Michael, and Farhan, all of which bring significant knowledge of the Virginia market to the team,” comments Shannon Hulbert, CEO, Opus Interactive. “Organizations and agencies are navigating the complexities of hybrid cloud. Our goal is to serve as the role of trusted advisors to our customers. We’ve spent the past year obtaining FedRAMP Ready authorization to be able to offer our customers hybrid cloud solutions and the best in compliance, security, and performance from our FISMA high facility in Virginia. The combination of our service offering and expertise from the newest team members will enable organizations and government agencies to more easily navigate hybrid cloud, workload distribution, and optimization goals in Northern Virginia.”

I’m excited to join Opus Interactive and to drive greater hybrid IT solutions in the East Coast market,” says Ashley Tucker, Account Executive. “It’s the largest global data center market and Opus’ enterprise multi-infrastructure services will be a huge plus to the region.”

Northern Virginia is an optimal location for the Oregon-based company to expand its hybrid cloud offering. Opus operates its cloud and colocation solutions in three key data center markets across the nation: Oregon, Texas, and Northern Virginia. Opus’ East Coast location now provides greater connectivity, compliance, and security options for customers seeking reliable hybrid and multicloud services. Further fortifying the strength of Opus’ cloud and connectivity service offering is access to diverse energy grids across its physical locations.
