Hostway Services Names Steven J. Armond As Executive Vice President And Chief Financial Officer

DALLAS, May 19, 2016 -- Hostway Services, Inc., has named Steven J. Armond as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will be responsible for all finance, human resources and legal functions at Hostway.

Armond is a seasoned financial executive with more than 24 years in the technology, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors in both public and private businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and mid-size companies.

Before joining Hostway, Armond was the chief financial officer at T-System, a provider of emergency department software and revenue cycle software, where he financially led the company to record revenue and EBITDA growth. He was responsible for accounting and financial operations, information technology, human and administrative resources and the legal/compliance teams.

Prior to joining T-System, Armond was the chief financial officer for publicly traded American CareSource Holdings, an ancillary benefits management company. He also served as chief financial officer for Data Return, an IT operations and hosting company leading up to its acquisition by Terremark, now a part of Verizon. 

Armond holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University. He is licensed as a CPA. He lives in the Dallas area and will be based out of Dallas.
