(http://www.liquidweb.com), a leader in Web hosting, Dedicated hosting, and Virtual Private Servers, announced today the introduction of Guardian Secure Managed Continuous Backup and Recovery, a premium data protection service powered by R1Soft’s (http://www.r1soft.com) Continuous Data Protection technology. With the addition, the company has also joined R1Soft’s Hosting Partner Program, providing important sales and marketing resources.
Starting at $1 per month per gigabyte protected, Liquid Web Guardian Secure Managed Continuous Backup and Recovery provides off-site, secure data backup and restoration, in real-time. Users can manage their backups directly from cPanel, through a special plug-in, and the service is available for both Linux and Windows servers. An additional MySQL database backup plug-in, which offers live-protection of active databases, is offered as a premium add-on, starting at $50 per month.
