Inflow Selected as Managed Services Provider for Frontier Airlines

00:00:00 - 23 January 2003

DENVER, Jan 22, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- InFlow, Inc., a leading provider of managed web hosting and IT services, announced today the addition of a new customer, Denver-based Frontier Airlines, a national air carrier that provides service to 38 cities from its Denver International Airport hub.

Frontier Airlines' Web Site generates more than 30 percent of the company's flown revenue. Frontier chose Inflow as its managed service provider because of its redundant hosting locations, reliability and security. The company also sought the expertise of Inflow's onsite technical staff for ongoing business support.

"The airline industry is changing rapidly and over the years, Frontier's web hosting needs have evolved from a single server to a multiple server cluster," said Frontier Airline's Director of Information Technology Jeff Truax. "We needed to find a service provider that could grow with Frontier Airlines as we continue to build our Web presence. We were impressed with Inflow's comprehensive services, their redundant hosting locations, the security of their hosting, and their attention to customer service."

Inflow will provide Frontier Airlines with a managed multi-homed Internet access service, with guaranteed 100 percent availability, and managed security services delivered in a highly secure and redundant data center environment designed to protect Frontier's critical IT infrastructure and ensure uptime for Frontier's web presence.

"We were thrilled to partner with Frontier Airlines to help expand their web presence," said Leigh Wilbanks, General Manager for the Inflow Internet Data Center (IDC) in Denver. "Frontier's application is critical to their business and requires a sophisticated set of solutions to ensure uptime. Inflow's proven service delivery and technical expertise will enable Frontier to continue to rapidly expand their web initiatives while maintaining a quality customer experience."
