IP Communications is notifying customers that MegaPath Networks is IP Communications' recommended replacement provider for their continued broadband connection, now that IP Communications has been forced to file with the FCC for discontinuation of its services.

To minimize down-time or disruption of service during the transition, this offer includes free dial-up service that gives broadband customers basic access functionality during the transition.
