SITEL Sources Major Co-Location Project to Awecomm Technologies

DETROIT, MI, Jan. 10, 2003 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- SITEL (SWW) , a leading global provider of outsourced customer support services, has chosen Awecomm Technologies of Southfield, Michigan, a Managed Internet Service Provider, as its outsourced partner for co-locating Information Technology (IT) equipment for a new contract from a major automotive OEM. The equipment consists of Internet and frame-relay connections, as well as servers, SAN technology, and backup systems.

Mr. Brandon Roscoe, the Web Development Manager from SITEL, commented that Awecomm was chosen for several reasons "because we were impressed with their hardened Data Center, the engineering expertise and the speed at which we were able to engineer and install a very large, complex system."
