I got carried away by their heavily advertised hybrid server. I placed an order for a VPS, which was poorly set-up, and a few hours after was taken offline. When I complained, the box was terminated, and support made me to understand they are not going to give any refunds.When I contacted paypal it was ruled in their favour.If you have any serious business, stay away from servermania.

Servermania service is totally upset.They have deleted all my data and they are saying they don't have any responsibility on this. I don't have backup data as well. So I have to redo all of my websites again.

This company provides amazing service, good quality hosting! The team is always willing to help. I have been using their long enough to say that they are great! Really satisfied with them!

I must say - I have never worked with a more responsive support team and I appreciate that. I have had some very minor issue with down time for a few minutes here and there – and they have solved all of them very very fast. Thank you Servermania for being a great service provider.
