Really fast answers to technical support tickets. I don't think there might be any questions I have asked that the tech support couldn't help with. The best thing about QHoster is the support. They are great. I sometimes think my response time is a little slow, but presumably I can fix that by modifying my apache settings (as long as I don't use too much memory). They are always courteous and someone is readily available to answer questions or help with any changes in keeping your website current and up to date.

So far they are perfect and their pricing is totally justified, since their epic admins will go out of their way to help you with any issue that may rise. They enabled nice extension for dotclear, installed some useful cripts and made some changes to the .htaccess file. I recommend QHoster very highly.

Good job! QHoster web host sets the standard for customer service that all others should aspire to. They respond within 10 minutes no matter the hour (often quicker) to any enquiry and have helped me as a noob sort out out all my tech stuff without making me feel stupid. Recommended.

I haven't had to use customer service very often but I always get a reply. It used to be slower but now I receive replies sometimes within minutes. The price is also terrific, even without the amazing referral codes available. Thumbs up to all at QHoster - you've provided great work. Thanks.
