I use JDR Hosting for well over 5 years and I think they are the best web hosting company in our solar system and probably in the whole galaxy. Keep up the great job guys (and gals)!!! :)

Unhappy customer

I have had jdr hosting as my host for a long time now and it was great for the first few months but the past 6 months have been very bad. My site seems to go down at least 2 times every week for a number of hours. It would not be a huge problem if the customer service would answer right away. They say that they have 24/7 customer service but that is not the case. They take several hours to respond when you open up a ticket and 90% of the time, they could have fixed it in under 5 minutes. I am paying $8.49 a month and I get no answers for a long period of time. It is getting so bad to the point were i think I will be switching very soon. The only good thing I can say about them is that the badwith & space is very good. Other than that there really isn't that much positive to say about them. I really would not recommend this hoster to anyone (unless you like have lots of down time and very bad customer service).

This is the worst web hosting company i have ever seen. My site is always down including the worlds crappiest customer service i have ever seen. Never seem to reply to me ever within and hour and will sometimes take up to 48 hours before i ever have a answer back. I am switching right away as i am sick of this terrible service and its shi*ty worlds worst service. This company will fail very soon and im happy. It was coded by a bunch of skids that dont understand coding. I can get a much better hosting site for half the price. I thought this would be good but i guess i was clearly wrong. This is so bad of a hosting company and makes me want to shoot myself in the head then while im dead stab a bunch of more people. If you want to keep this site up and going how bout you stop being little skids and learn how to code a hosting service.
