Unlike our previous host, they promptly issue notices if there are any problems with the service, but none of those issues have ever directly affected our sites. Up time has been very good. They even immediately alerted us when one of our sites got hacked! Fast, reliable, great support, at a fair price. Not much else you can say!

I have to say, I am very happy with them, and will be renewing my account with them. They give you more space and bandwidth then you'll probably ever need, and tons of extra features as well. I am hosting about 10 domains off my 1 account. Their cPanel control panel is easy to learn. Highly recommend them.
