I used 4 hosting companies in the past 5 years. Here is a review with their customer services, Hosts speed so far.-HostWinds - VPS Hosting ( Customer Service 1/5, Host Speed 1/5 )-Hostgator - Shared & VPS ( Customer Service 3/5. Host Speed 3/5)-Ipage - Shared ( Customer Service 4/5, Host Speed 3/5 )-NameCheap - Shared ( Customer Service 5/5, Host Speed 5/5 ) Why is HostWinds The worst Company here? Here is my experience:I started HoswWinds service on June 8 wanting to try the Business Shared hosting but something went wrong and somehow i got a VPS Hosting. Okey i wanted to migrate just two simple Wordpress Websites. THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE! After the Migration the websites were very slow checked on bytecheck.com around 1800 ms TTFB. I had around 30 Support tickets but they all talked the some to get a stronger VPS Hosting btw the total i paid was 60$ for 29 days. After 29 days i requested cancellation of  the package open ticket for cancellation and it was done. Here is the best part after 3 days i was charged again? I talked to them once again to give me refund because this is obviously a mistake. No this is the answer i received from them. They even get the time to delete the Ticket asking me for cancellation ( It was evidence that i asked for cancellation ) ! Conclusion: DON'T USE HOSTWINDS! SLOW HOSTING, EXPENSIVE, BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT, DON'T EXPECT REFUND !BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ARE CANCELING ACCOUNT THEY HAVE HIDDEN TRICKS Now i am on NameCheap from the 4 companies so far the best ones!
