We moved to hostingsource from another hosting provider and cannot fault the level of service and support which are beyond excellent, any queries are dealt with quickly and professionally, all of our clients websites are hosted by hostingsource as well as our own websites and services, we are happy to promote hostingsource and shout about how great they are and continue to be, we don't know where we would be without them!

i been working with hosting source till today. After around one year with my company using that host. Today i enter on my mail i use to electronic payments and i had troubles to enter on last two months and i discover our credit card was not working. However when i contacted hostingsource they reply me like this. since you didnt pay the last 4 months ( that not truth) was two months delay because we change credit card of company. we deleted all your data. / next time reply to our mails. For sure they are tottaly correct it was my fault and i should give more imoportance to that mail but i was convinced the payments were automatic. But is the behaviour to a client? after more than one year without any problem? after few mails they just complete read our terms and conditions after 30 days no payment we delete all. My conclusion for all be careful and read all terms and conditions. A company like this one never had permition to register in europe for sure. i just got upset for all situation because all had solution and we have a company in development registered there and all data we lost... not professionalism on my opinion and seems revange because we didnt pay two months...

Like many have pointed out, Hostingsource has provided excellent and reliable service. Customer support has been extremely fast and helpful. I had a recent support call with them and the tech spend 45 minutes with me on-line trying to fix my problem. Once that didn't work, he said to give him a few hours at it and they ended up solving my problem!My website response times have never been faster and support level is above and beyond. If you are thinking about switching, this is the company to go with.

I'm using HostingSource for more than a year now, and it's the best host that I ever experienced.It is a great host and I have refered many friends to them and none of us have ever experienced any problems. According to the lists I have seen they are one of the fastest growing hosting companies in the world which is most likely the reason other hosts does not like them.Overall, it is a nice web host if your site's needs fit their plan.

I've had nothing but success when working with HostingSource. Special requests have always come through quickly and gracefully. The set-up was fast - I was transferring my test sites within minutes of receiving their (five) instant welcome emails.Support is great, they did the backups and transfers until the old host finally made a good copy that was usable.They also spent about a week just to get my sites all moved and running correct.They get an A+ for running their business with a good product and unmatched customer support.

What I like: Support is always respond prompt and in truly professional manner. Their plan include lots of features. They guarantee 99.9% stability, but it is even higher than promised.What I don't like: Once I had to wait for support reply for almost an hour. I am used to fast replies and that moment was terrifying for me. Price is too bit high, but I know what I pay for, for quality

I have became loyal customer of hostingsource, so far my experience is excellent. The behaviour of the support team has been supererogatory!! What means: performance of more work than duty requires. They have a great combination of features and the price! My sites are now working fast and stable!
