Yet again Glowhost provided me with excellent support yesterday with friendly and knowledgeable staff... as they always do! I have to confess that the first day with Glowhost was successful. As I had to transfer my website from anther server to theirs. I contacted them several times and they were at my disposal. Thanks Glowhost. I do appreciate it.

For shared hosting, the support alone is worth what you would pay. With everything else you receive, Glowhost is beyond worth buying. Control panels are amazing, the system is very solid altogether. Knowledge Base - you've gotta use it to understand. 90% of my questions answered in a simple, accessible google like environment. It's beautiful.

Every question resolved to my satisfaction. I have 3 web sites hosted at Glowhost hosting that I had as an image hosting for a few weeks. Every time I compared the speed of loading the pages was much faster than the others.

This is the only host I have ever been 100% satisfied with. In the almost two months that I have been with Glowhost hosting, I have never noticed any downtime. In the times where I have had issues, their support is amazing, kind, & quick! Even when those issues were on my end. I have not used any of the tools provided, but they have them and that is what matters to me right now. I am excited to start learning.

In the time I have been hosted with Glowhost hosting provider I have very few issues with uptime. When I had a VPS it never once went offline. I recently had my VPS get down - they acted extremely fast to correct the issue and took other measures then null routing my servers IP. Ticket Support response times are usually less than 2 hours with resolution times dependent on the issue within another hour or two of the initial response.Friendly technical support. Really try to help!
