The technical support went out of their way to resolve the issue in a timely manner so I would incur additional hosting and domain renew costs threatened by my old hosting provider. The interface is the cleanest, most intuitive, and best I've found. I actually enjoy logging in and managing my accounts. The ease of use, prompt service and more features than I'll likely ever need. I have a batch of very important emails hosted with this host + they offered great free templates and website builders that are very useful - I like this.
