I have tried many host but found Arvixe fit for my needs.

I have had arvixe for 5 years they started out the best in the business now they ARE BY FAR THE WORST. All i can recommend to anyone or my customers is STAY FAR AWAY they have no tech support unless you want to wait an hour on hold just for them to say they cant figure it out and will message the person responsible. For example the servers have been down 75% of the time over the last 2 months causing our websites and email to go down.

I have had 12 websites hosted by Arvixe over the past 11 years. They are a total bargain, customer support is awesome, fast, reliable, patient. Any time there's an issue, they solve it right away. Down time is non-existent.
We were with Arvixe for our phpFox based VPS site but they were unable to get any acceptable performance from the server and we moved to UNIXY.net who are cheaper, much higher performing and fully managed with good response times.
I cannot recommend Arvixe at all and would actively advise against using them for phpFox based sites.
My host for more than two years for all 4 sites I have. Top-notch, speedy support + super affordable value plans = WIN! <3
This compay has horrible service. The servers are slow even when there the CPU or MEM usage is less than 25% Most time forcing me to reboot.
Their tech support on the phone concetrate on minimizing the amount of time on the phone instead of fixing the problem and satisfying the customer. Response of the email support is mixed.
When critical problems happen YOU are at their mercy. THEY WILL GET TO IT WHEN THEY GET TO IT. That is their attitude. As of the time i am typing this review, my Windows 2008 server has been DOWN for over 50 hours. I have spoken with their senior techs and one supervisor multiple times about restoring the server from backup and this has not been done yet. MORE than 50 hours. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE.

i was been on Hosting Business since 1996, always on linux servers, so expand my business i hire a dedicated server on www.arvixe.com and was my whorst experience ever,
the sites goes down without reason almost once a week,
the phone support doesnt exist
the chat support... drive me crazy, the are less than entry level experienced, and the answers are always pre made without non sense
the only way to contact them is by support ticket, but the first ticket answer ussually takes a day!
i lost all my windows clients and i dont recommend www.arvixe.com to anyone that care your own businnes..
the cheap cost more, so hire a good Windows server without thinking on price.
