I have been with 247-host for about 4 months now and I will have to say that their Customer Service is absolutely amazing! If I ran into trouble, they are they are always ready to help. Even when I have had trouble in an area they do not typically give support in, if they can help, they will. And if they do not know, they will send me an email with instructions on where to find the help I need. I would recommend 247-host to anyone and everyone who has their own website. You will not find better support anywhere.

I chose 247-Host after doing a lot research and saw it getting lots of good reviews. I signed up for shared hosting and proceeded to move several domains to my account.Almost immediately I had a small issue where the system didn't respond for about 10 minutes every day from about 7am. I assume this is due to backups being performed. Bandwidth was ok, but other hosts have much faster page load times.My trouble started when I woke up one morning with my entire account suspended. At 2am I had received an email from 247-Host informing me that one of my domains was causing too much load on their servers, CPU usage was 100% and I should sort it out. At 4am I got an email telling me that they had suspended my account due to the issue.I also had irate people shouting at me because their emails (which are for business) were now not working. This is a big issue. Surely their tech's could have taken down the offending page without suspending everything?They then accused me of violating their terms of service by running an IRC chat on their server. Their technical knowledge is obviously very limited because they can't tell the difference between running an IRC server and LINKING to an IRC CLIENT in an iframe. They tell me this script was causing the issue:1. There is no way linking to a script that IS NOT on their server can cause the CPU to run at 100%2. I moved the site to a new server and the CPU load sits at a constant 0%.I deduce therefore that their server configuration is screwed up.I subsequently cancelled my account and asked for a refund of the remaining term which they refused to do, because I violated their term of service.The obviously have no clue what they are doing.All I can say is, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOST!

I have been a customer of 247-host for a while now. I have had multiple accounts for multiple sites. They called me up after my purchases and ask if there were any questions or help needed to get my new site up and running. There user interface is easy to use and reliable even for a beginner. There are so many features that I can't even use them all on one site. The site up-time has been 100%! The billing is all explained and detailed with the billing pages. The price and features are just right for me and what I need. I have tried other hosts and 247-host is the best in my opinion. I suggest them all the time. I will always stick with 247-host!!

I have been with many different web hosts over the years and I'm voluntarily writing this review because I am really happy with 247-host. If you have a Word Press or similar site, and are looking for the most features for the lowest price, they are your solution. I only know their support technicians are great because I have had to contact them on two occasions to fix a problem that I caused. Why is that significant? I'm always a little leery when I read about how great a host's tech support is when the customer indicates how quickly the host responded to an outage. Really there shouldn't be an outage in the first place. Second should there be an outage, the customer shouldn't even need to be involved. I don't want to have to contact tech support if that were to happen. It should just simply be fixed. It seems obvious to me but unfortunately it isn't obvious to many web hosts which is why I'm happy with 247-host.

I realized after hosting my website with them, that 247-host offers a full range of web hosting services, including shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting. How it helps? Shared hosting is sufficient for most people's needs, but those who are willing to pay a little bit extra for greater security and control will enjoy the company's VPS and dedicated hosting. Within the type of hosting, there is full range of windows and linux service. Now what that mean? It would enable you to host any kind of website with them. 247-host has numerous options make finding a web hosting plan that fits your needs and budget simple and easy.All in all, good going of website hosting with 247-host and I appreciate their assistance.

I was assigned a task of finding a new data center and hosting services for our servers by my boss. I happened to run across 247-host, and followed them for a few months. Then I decided to make the leap. We signed up for our website, and have been nothing but pleased with the services and support provided. I have only had to contact support once in almost 1 year, and they were on top of things and quick to reply. I must recommend to every one for the 247-host

247-host has exceeded my expectations with customer care service, not once but each time I contacted them. The way I started hosting with the 247-host: I was learner type, searching for the cheap and reliable webhosting company for my website. Just trying to understand web hosts, domains and control panels, these terms I used to encounter in online forums but never understood. A friend of mine recommended about the 247-host. After my first web site, and then another successful 15 or more projects ranging from freelancing projects to projects during college for some student activities, to personal web sites for my friends and family. All is rosy at the moment with 247-host. No issue, smooth, sounds weird though as mostly I see complaints against web hosting companies.  I would recommend the 247-host, especially to non-technical customers.
