Web Hosting Awards 2008

In order to distinguish the leaders in an industry that essentially powers the Web, HostReview will be celebrating its tenth anniversary by selecting a Webhost of the Decade, in addition to our traditional award categories.

The period 1998-2008 covers both the existence of HostReview and the rise to prominence of the World Wide Web. In 1998, many of the companies that today we associate with the Internet were either in the process of being founded or in their corporate infancy. Those still with us are a proud breed of Internet veterans, and they determine the technological landscape of today's global web.

Few web hosting companies have history that spans a decade. Our editorial team will be getting in touch with the companies that defined the web hosting industry in the period 1998-2008. We will combine our own judgment, visitor ratings, and the viewpoints of hosting executives in order to distinguish the best, and most deserving of praise, web hosting company.

The Readers's Choice award

Our brand new category features open application and voting processes. Any company can nominate itself, and anyone can nominate a company. We will then let the Host Review readers vote for the company that they think is most deserving of the Award. So don't hesitate, submit you favorite hosting company for the Readers' Choice Award!
Nominations close on December 15th. On December 16th voting will go live and it will be open to all. The voting widget will appear on this page, once nominations close.
