viaVerio® Partner Awards - five solution provider distinctions
acknowledging outstanding performance in several different areas of business.
Award winners were announced at the viaVerio Partner Summit in Las Vegas, where
leading partners were recognized across categories that include top
international annual growth, top domestic annual growth, viaVerio visionary,
viaVerio advocate and viaVerio outstanding new partner. Award winners include: Top International Annual Growth 2007: RapidSite

the viaVerio channel. viaVerio Advocate 2007: PrecisionPros.com
Network was named viaVerio Advocate for the establishment and upholding of the
ProviderTalk forums for viaVerio Partners. viaVerio Outstanding New Partner 2007: Jandaco,
a full-service graphic design agency, was recognized for rapid growth as a new
viaVerio Partner. A rigorous, competitive review of viaVerio Partners was conducted
to determine award winners, with solution providers being judged on actual
growth percentages, participation in the viaVerio Partner Program and level of
involvement and innovation based on Verio’s vision and strategy. The
potential for broad-based benefits each partner could bring to the Verio
ecosystem was also taken into consideration, including a clear
commercialization pathway for managed business services and broader diffusion

presented Friday at a ceremony at the viaVerio Partner Summit, at the Las Vegas
Venetian Hotel & Casino, Sept. 20-21. In addition to the awards, the
viaVerio Partner Summit provided an opportunity to create a broader business
ecosystem, spanning Verio developers and business and channel allies. The event
aimed to help viaVerio partners speed the pace of business innovation and
create new channels for differentiation and revenue by connecting solution
providers with both the resources they need most and access to other
partners they can work with to more clearly define their go-to-market
initiatives. Together, the Verio community will work to grow business
opportunities by driving managed business services for multiple industries
across the SMB segment. The event featured keynote speakers Jeff Kaplan, founder
and managing director of strategic consulting firm THINKstrategies, who spoke
to attendees on the progression of businesses from providing Web hosting to the
business services that are increasingly required by their customers. Philbert
Shih, research analyst at Tier 1 Research, addressed solution providers on the
evolution of the hosting industry to a business solutions model. Additionally,
select viaVerio partners discussed their individual paths to success. With 16
unique breakout sessions across four different tracks, the event served to arm
attendees with practical, actionable information that can be used to create and
