Verio to Bring Services Opportunities to Solutions Providers at First Annual Partner Executive Conference

Verio, a leader in managed business services, will host its inaugural viaVerio Partner Summit on September 20-21, 2007 at The Venetian Resort and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada. The theme of the two day conference, "Welcome to the Services Evolution,” will address how solution provider partners can leverage online business enablement services for their customers, as well as for their own businesses. Attendees will be offered unparalleled exposure to top industry practitioners and thought leaders, and granted exclusive previews of key product developments and initiatives. Verio’s Partner Summit will take place immediately following Tier1Research’s 2007 Hosting Transformation Summit, laying the foundation for industry trends and predictions.

At the first annual viaVerio Partner Summit, solution provider attendees will gain unique perspectives on the latest online business trends from industry leaders. The event will also feature viaVerio partners who will discuss and share their individual paths to success. In addition, Verio will feature 16 unique breakout sessions across four different tracks to arm attendees with practical, actionable information that can be used to create and drive personal company roadmaps. Not to mention white-boarding sessions where attendee’s get to lead and participate in discussions with their peers. 

Event keynote speakers include Jeff Kaplan, founder and managing director of strategic consulting firm THINKstrategies, who will speak to solution provider attendees on the progression of their businesses from providing Web hosting to the business services that are increasingly required by their customers. Philbert Shih, research analyst with Tier1 Research will broach the topic of the evolution of the hosting industry to a business solutions model. Additionally, Verio executives Kiyoshi Maeda, president and chief executive officer; Dennis Boyle, chief operating officer; Toshiyuki Yamasaki, vice president of products; and James Ciampaglio, senior director of the viaVerio Partner Program, will all address Summit attendees on various topics.
