Mechanicsville,
Virginia — Realtor Website provider 72places (www.72places.com) has entered its beta
testing period, and is now giving free Websites to Realtors in the United
States. During the beta testing period of 72places’ service, Realtors will be
allowed to use its services for free, in exchange for providing feedback to 72places.
“We
want to take this opportunity to not only introduce users to our service, but
also to gather feedback so that we may improve the service before we begin
charging for it,” stated 72places Co-founder Joey Marshall. “Also, providing
our services for free enables Realtors who may never have thought of having a
Website to test the waters of the Internet with very little risk involved.”
72places
was founded by the team that created the Website for Citi-Spaces, a Manhattan real estate
company: Matthew Marshall, Joey Marshall, and Daniel Briere. Misters Marshall
and Marshall are the company’s technology gurus. Mr. Briere brings industry
experience to the table, having in the past run Real Solution Host, another
real estate Website provider geared specifically towards Realtors.
In
addition to providing a robust technology platform for real estate agents, the
72places service also enables Realtors to automatically optimize their Websites
to display higher in search engine results. This ability allows users of
72places’ service to more efficiently reach their respective target markets.
“The
service is engineered from the ground up with the specific goal of increasing
search engine visibility for our users,” according to Matthew Marshall. “Many
real estate Websites typically operate in a manner that doesn’t allow search
engines like Google to see all of their content, so most Realtors are missing
out on big opportunities to reach more home-buyers and sellers.”
The
free plan 72places is offering under the beta testing period includes the
ability to list 30 properties, each with 10 photos. 72places provides the Web
hosting for the pages and pictures at no extra cost, as well as tools to help
Realtors build and customize their Websites. Those interested in the service
may signup directly at 72places’ Website: www.72places.com.
